I run a whole bunch of email lists.

Effectively, if I have at least 3-4 friends in my addressbook who are
interested in a topic, I put together a list, and whenever I run across
something that fits that particular topic - I send out a link, or a
question, or a thought.

Basically, I ask my friends to tell me what they're interested in, so that
I don't get caught in leading questions, and so I can develop new lists,
and discover new interests.

FYI, updating this directory with a number of my lists.  The geographic
lists are not part of the subscribe-all list.

The announce list will also tell you about the formation of new lists, if
you're interested in seeing new lists as they are created.
