Yet Another Homepage for Erik Wennstrom

Welcome to another incarnation of the homepage of Erik Wennstrom, math student, wannabe writer, and non-hippie. The writings section is again gathering dust, including the relatively new Quick and Dirty Stories. Hope, but do not expect, more in the near future. The videos of me playing with devil sticks are still up, as is the all-important Frequently Asked Questions, but neither are receiving regular updates. However, my new journal Coffee into Theorems, the page of pictures of my dice collection, and the brand new, vain, self-referential, navel-gazing, collection of search strings that have led to this page are all receiving frequent updates. Granted, "frequent" only refers to the time of my writing this bit of text, so watch this page for information regarding the latest changes.

Updates

June 13th, 2006 (10:35pm)

At long last, I've updated my journal to say that I won't be finishing the Israel journal, and to announce the launching of Erik and Kira Eat Bloomington, in which Kira and I eat at every restaurant in Bloomington in alphabetical order.

I haven't given up on the Israeli journal, but I've been busy house hunting. And the news is that we've picked a place, and our offer was accepted. It's really close to campus. Go here to see maps and satellite photos. I've also uploaded a gallery of pictures of the house that Kira took.

I finally finished the entry for Day 6, in which I talk a little bit about the Wall and a lot about me.

June 18th, 2005 (10:20pm)

No new journal entries, but I've uploaded some photos

June 15th, 2005 (12:25am)

I made a few updates to Yesterday's journal entry. Also, I updated with most of Day 6 of my Israeli trip. Expectations. A long digression concerning a broad generalization. A surprise visit. A very old restroom. Becoming a hypocrite. Two premature endings.

Day 5 of my Israeli trip. More showers. Transliteration and translation. Motherhood. Lies. Downstream. A cat in a minefield. The beat.
